Cancellation
There is a $25.00 fee for cancellation up to 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival.

One night's lodging per reserved suite will be charged for cancellation within 72 hours of scheduled arrival.  Important note: Seven (7)  days advanced  cancellation required on holidays, weekends or when multiple rooms are reserved.

Pets
Despite our love of animals, in respect of our current and future guests, we do not allow pets.  We do have three friendly dogs on the property which are primarily restricted to the family living quarters.

Smoking
All suites, indoor spaces and stable are nonsmoking facilities. A $250.00 cleaning and deodorizing fee will be applied to credit card accounts of guests choosing to smoke in suites.

For the safety of our guests no open flames or candles are permitted on the property.

Maximum Occupancy
Four guests per suite.
